  • It actually is 2 layers of hard tulle not 4 as listing claims but 2 is plenty enough strong to hold its shape + dress up. Very comfortable and stretchy waist band too. Awesome petticoat for an even greater price!

  • The actual petticoat is actually 2 layers of tulle not 4 as listing claims, but 2 layers is plenty enough to support itself and a dress. Waistband is super stretchy and comfy to wear and price was awesome!
