Super cute! The wig comes in an adorable box with lots of hair and wig supply tools (the image with the tools is missing 3 more hair tools that i forgot to include). Customer service was friendly and communicated with me about any delays. The wig will definitely look more natural once i brush out the curls. It'll take teasing in order to get it as voluminous as the image, and the bangs are too long for my face so i plan on trimming. The extension is worn around the neck and isn't itchy or prickly. The wig is great quality. I will consider buying another in a different color.
