    The dress is incredibly soft & comfortable & if worn with only the corset, very “subtly” Harry Potter. The corset is also comfortable & not at all constricting/restricting. The cut of the dress is such that you will want to wear either the cape or a cardigan if you’re going somewhere it’s inappropriate to show your shoulders/décolletage; & if wearing a cardigan, bear in mind the dress has flared sleeves with a slit so there is a significant amount of fabric at the wrist, but the slit allows it to be arranged comfortably/easily. Styling it with a fichu is another alternative to the cape (which is comfortable, but a slightly awkward garment when you move your arms).
