I got this coat for Christmas in black - first let me say this is a BEAUTIFUL item. One of the nicest pieces to EVER grace my wardrobe. I ordered in black and was surprised to find that it was black-black, not black-white (like in the picture). I didn't mind this (actually I kind of prefer it!) and was also pleasantly surprised that the hand-warmer shown in the picture came with it! :D I won't speak for the brand (it does mention that accessories are not included so I won't say it "does" come with it) but the hand warmer is like the finishing piece that makes it all look so perfect. As for the coat and cape itself, it is warm, comfortable, and very charming. I can't go anywhere in this without being complimented. ^_^
