This skirt is very well-made! I wish the fabric was a little less synthetic-looking (it’s slightly shiny), but it doesn’t feel cheap. The actual construction of the skirt and all tiers (B, C, and D) is high-quality. I feel very pretty wearing it. There are a ton of snaps to attach the tiers, which makes it very secure and flush, though it does take a long time to attach or de-attach the tiers because of it. I ironed on some letters onto each tag of the tiers and skirt so I would know which order they go in. Sorry for the dusty mirror in the photo!
