Not sure if mine was a botched piece, but the waist was TINY. My waist is 28 inches, and it's horribly, painfully tight. I have to wear it on my hips so I don't get squeezed tighter than a corset. The petti itself is nice and soft for tulle, and is wonderfully poofy. I'll have to try to replace the elastic or otherwise somehow extend it to wear it though.

This petticoat contains 1 layers of fabric. I can't say if it's a crush organza or crush voile. The waist band is held by two elastic bands in case of the light polyester lining.

Pros:
Good price
Light and fluffy

Cons:
Will not hold up a dress that has a lot of layers and/or heavy.

Overall, this petticoat is great for something more casual than OTT

It's soo poofy! Because my old petticoat isn't that voluminous, I needed to wear a skirt aditionally under my dresses and it was hard to endure it in summer.

I'm so glad I got that petticoat, it makes a wonderful bell shape and the material is really soft and so comfortable to wear! ^^ (In the picture of the skirt the petticoat is underneath it)

Very high quality, VERY poofy and full and the customer service has been 10/10. I have a natural 36"+ waist and its a bit tight, but the band is wide enough that it acts more like a built in cincher than anything uncomfortable! Very comfy!

This is my first petticoat, but I just received it today and wow! It is soo soft, and soooooo poofy! With one skirt it looked kind of lumpy but that might just be the skirt itself, I have nothing bad to say about this.

One of the best current pettis ever for the price!
Yes, the waistband can be a little tight, but it's made broad and well fitting - and if you really can't stand it, or like in my case gain weight, it's easily fixed by putting a longer elastic band in; it will not affect the petti or overall poofyness (I may suffer from poofymania -the more poof and puffy the better!) and to this day it is still my most favorite petti..! <3
