Cute, needs extra petti! Very cute and perfect for adding a little extra detail to coords. The gold ribbon comes separate from the skirt so easy to tie in a bow and add somewhere else onto your dress or headpiece is you wanted. Elastic is very stretchy and fits waist very easily. Definitely is missing the poof of a petticoat but is easy to layer ontop of a different petti to get more of a full shape. Fabric is strong and not too rough. Definitely reccomend. If planning to wear this as a regular skirt I would reccomend bloomers or a solid color underneath as it is somewhat see through. Other than that, a great addition to my closet!
