Every part is purchasable alone. There are 5 parts: Part A + Part B/C/D/E=55.5cm; Part A + (Part B/C/D/E + Part B/C/D/E)=64cm; Part A + (Part B/C/D/E *3)=72.5cm; Part A + (Part B/C/D/E *4)=81cm. You may buy parts(a+b), parts(a+b), parts(a+c), parts(a+b+c), parts(a+b+c+d) or so on. The combination for part A with any part is ok, which could make up different length(Each part is connected by hidden buttons) .
Part B, part c and part d, respectively, can be connected to each other!!!
Important: this underskirt is not puffy by itself. You need to wear another puffy petticoat inside.

This skirt is very well-made! I wish the fabric was a little less synthetic-looking (it’s slightly shiny), but it doesn’t feel cheap. The actual construction of the skirt and all tiers (B, C, and D) is high-quality. I feel very pretty wearing it. There are a ton of snaps to attach the tiers, which makes it very secure and flush, though it does take a long time to attach or de-attach the tiers because of it. I ironed on some letters onto each tag of the tiers and skirt so I would know which order they go in. Sorry for the dusty mirror in the photo!
