Such a cute and lovely dress! Linda was so sweet and responsive to my emails, and I am really happy with my purchase. I recommend going with your US size, as I am a US size S and ordered a size M to be safe (Asian sizing, you know?) and it is just slightly too big. However, it's no biggie, and I love the dress. Beautiful and fluffy! I'm not huge on cat prints but I had been eyeing this scalloped edged dress and when I saw one in stock I jumped and bought it! It was the OP in L in blue and pink with the headbow and its wonderful! The fabric is fairly light and it could be worn during all seasons and despite it being a little large on me it fits my shoulders which was my main concern. I might add waist ties to cinch it in a bit. Also the headbow is so cute with little pom poms on it!
