I ordered the flat heel version of this in matte red. I usually wear a EU 40, but the cm measurements in the chart kind of placed me between two sizes, so I ordered EU 41 to be safe. I would say the shoes fit me well, maybe a bit large, so they seem to be pretty much true to the sizes indicated.
I am a little disappointed that the ankle strap is too short. Even if I was to punch an additional hole at the very end of the strap, I would not be able to wrap it around my ankle twice, as you are supposed to with this style of shoe. The other two straps are fine, and other than that I am happy with the shoes.
