this purse is big enough to fit a Gothic and Lolita Bible inside, as a matter of fact i was curious to see just how much this purse could hold... it fit FIVE Gothic and Lolita Bibles inside (and could close)! However... the only issue is, i honestly doubt it could last holding a heavy load for too long. the purse is very beautiful, but does not seem sturdy enough for heavy use (like for school). this bag does not have those little feet on the bottom, so i will be cautious with pitting it down somewhere so it will not get scratched. overall i am still happy with this product. if you are looking for a bag that could hold a good amount but not necessarily very heavy this is a good bag, if you are looking for amazing quality to hold heavy things and use every day, perhaps this bag will not be strong enough.
