Clothes size needs to be 3-4cm bigger than body size to make a perfect fit. "Suitable body bust" and "suitable body waist" means suggested body sizes (bust and waist) to fit the dress. If your body sizes (Bust and waist) are around the measurements (3-5cm differences are OK), then the dress can fit you properly.
